Section 1 — Network

RAASANO.

With Raasano — from cable to code, secure and unified.

Weak cabling and switching impair telephony and camera quality; enterprise software also fails without a stable, secure network. Deployment therefore begins at the network layer, and software development continues on that same foundation.

Section 2 — Network, CCTV, telephony

View details

1. Network and cabling

Structured cabling, fiber, and racks are installed, and switching is commissioned. Internet, telephony, and CCTV operate on this same network.

2. CCTV

Installation of CCTV cameras, coverage planning, recording, and a dedicated cable path so video traffic does not affect office bandwidth.

3. Enterprise telephony

Deployment of IP-PBX and VoIP, including extensions, auto-attendant, and a backup line, for call continuity during peak hours.

Section 3 — Security

Enterprise security comprises access control, network monitoring, and incident response.

Procuring a firewall is not sufficient. Access is organized, the network is monitored, and a written incident-response plan is prepared.

Section 4 — Software

Software developed for the organization’s process, on the existing network.

Internal portals or customer systems, with authentication and access levels, deployed in coordination with IT.

Where an off-the-shelf product does not fit the organization’s process, a dedicated system is designed and implemented.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ

How is an enterprise network designed?
Work begins with a site survey: occupancy, floors, and the intended location of telephony and cameras. Cabling and fiber are then designed, racks and switches installed, and voice, video, and office traffic separated. Deliverables include as-built drawings and labeling.
Does VoIP remain stable across multiple sites?
Yes, provided the network is designed accordingly. Voice is given a reserved path so large file transfers do not impair calls. A backup line is provided so an operator outage does not interrupt telephony, and branches remain on a single number.
Is procuring a firewall sufficient for security?
No. Most incidents begin with open remote access, shared credentials, or a camera network that can reach finance systems. Those paths are closed, the network is monitored with actionable alerts, and an incident-response procedure is documented.
Is service interrupted during a network replacement?
Cutover is staged. Each step includes a rollback path, and telephony, internet, and critical systems are verified before the next stage. Part of the work is scheduled outside business hours to limit disruption.
Does CCTV reduce office internet performance?
It may, if cameras share the same switch as office users. Video is given a dedicated path, recording capacity is sized to the required retention period, and cameras are placed for actual coverage.
