SRV-01
Enterprise Network
A weak network impairs telephony, camera quality, and file access first. Raasano designs and deploys the infrastructure on which those systems depend.
Following a site survey, cabling and fiber are designed, racks and switches installed, and traffic separated so voice, video, and office data do not contend. Deliverables include as-built drawings and labeling for subsequent operation by the client’s IT team.
Project outcomes
Results after handover
- Stable internet and internal access across floors and branches
- Telephony and CCTV no longer consume office bandwidth disproportionately
- Capacity to add users, floors, and devices without full reconstruction
- Documentation enabling the IT team to identify cabling and ports
Delivery process
From site survey to handover
-
01
Site survey and network diagram
The premises are surveyed, users and critical systems are recorded, and a topology matching actual operations is prepared.
-
02
Cabling, fiber, racks, and switching
Structured cabling, fiber routes, rack installation, switching and routing, with labeling for subsequent maintenance.
-
03
Traffic priority for voice and video
Calls and cameras are assigned a reserved path so large file transfers do not interrupt meetings or surveillance feeds.
-
04
Handover and operational documentation
As-built drawings, port schedules, and an operating guide so support is not dependent on a single engineer.
