SRV-05
Software and web
Off-the-shelf software often stops at the organization’s specific process. Dedicated systems are developed for actual use, alongside the infrastructure they depend on.
Work begins with discovery sessions: roles, data location, and audit requirements. Web and internal tools are then built with authentication, roles, and logs, and deployed on the client network so backup, monitoring, and access policy already apply. Software and infrastructure are delivered as one programme.
Project outcomes
Results after handover
- A system aligned with the organization’s process
- Authentication, roles, and an audit trail for management
- Hosting within the organization’s network zones
- Handover and a subsequent-release roadmap with the client team
Delivery process
From site survey to handover
-
01
Discovery before design
Workshops to record workflows, roles, and integrations before implementation.
-
02
Secure application development
Web and internal tools with authentication, permissions, and audit logs.
-
03
Deployment on existing infrastructure
Deployed where backup, monitoring, and traffic priority already exist.
-
04
Training, documentation, and next release
Administrator documentation, staff training, and a roadmap so the first release is a starting point.
