Enterprise VoIP

Telephony is a core operational system. Call interruption affects customers and internal coordination. The phone system is designed on the same network that carries voice.

The platform is sized to actual concurrent call volume, backup lines are provided, desk phones and mobile clients are commissioned, and staff are trained. The result is stable voice quality during peak hours and continuity in the event of a line or power interruption.

Project outcomes

Results after handover

  • A single company number with professional greeting and call routing
  • Branches and remote staff on the same telephone system
  • Reduced call interruption during peak hours
  • Call recording and backup, independent of a single hardware unit

Delivery process

From site survey to handover

  1. 01

    Platform selection and capacity planning

On-premises, cloud, or hybrid, sized for concurrent calls, number of sites, and reception practice.

  2. 02

    Lines, extensions, and auto-attendant

Backup SIP trunks, extension plan, IVR menus, and an alternate path if the primary line fails.

  3. 03

    Handsets, applications, and voice quality

Desk phones, softphones, provisioning, and network priority so voice is not degraded by file transfers.

  4. 04

    Post-installation operation

Recording policy, backup and restore, monitoring, and handover so extensions can be added by the client’s staff.
